Products & Care

Whilst our products are tough, they are not indestructible and are recommended for supervised play only.
How do I clean my snuffle mat?

To ensure your snuffle mat stays in great shape, we recommend the following:

  • Cold machine wash with like colours or separately
  • Do not add softener or high strength cleaner to wash
  • Lay flat and allow to completely air dry
  • Warm iron, only on reverse side of snuffle mat

How do I clean my sensory plate?

To ensure your sensory plate stays in great shape, we recommend the following:

  • Can be cleaned in the dishwasher, as our sensory plate is dishwasher safe
  • Can also be hand washed using warm, soapy water and a sponge if necessary
  • Safe to put in the freezer

Orders & Shipping

How much does shipping cost?
Domestic standard orders:

FREE shipping on all orders $100 and over.

$10 FLAT RATE shipping for all orders under $100.

Domestic express shipping:

Express shipping costs are calculated upon checkout.

NOTE: Express shipping does not speed up production time. Just the time it takes to receive the parcel via Australia Post.

International shipping:

International shipping costs are calculated upon checkout.

When will my order be dispatched?

All our products are handmade in Australia and we aim to have all domestic orders dispatched within 5-10 business days. We aim to have all international orders dispatched within 12 business days.

NOTE: During busy sale periods we may require 3-5 extra business days for processing time. 

How long will it take to receive my order once dispatched?

Delivery time may vary depending on the size of your package, the quantity of products, the distance it needs to travel and which courier or postal service we use.

Standard shipping timeframes:

  • Australian Capital Territory: 3 to 11 business days
  • New South Wales: 4 to 10 business days
  • Northern Territory: 7 to 14 business days
  • Queensland: 5 to 11 business days
  • South Australia: 6 to 9 business days
  • Tasmania: 6 to 14 business days
  • Victoria: 2 to 8 business days
  • Western Australia: 9 to 15 business days

NOTE: Please allow extra time for post deliveries at peak times eg. Christmas and Easter. Eupawria Australia does not accept any responsibility for shipping times, and we cannot refund items that arrive later than required.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email notification from us that contains your tracking details.

NOTE: It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking code to be active.

Refunds & Returns

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

We do not offer any refund if you simply change your mind or find the same product or service cheaper elsewhere.

My product was damaged during delivery. What do I do?

In the event that a product which you ordered is damaged during delivery:

a) Please contact us as soon as possible.

b) Any damaged product must be returned in the condition it was in when you received it, together with any packaging and other items which you received with the damaged product.

c) As per Australian Consumer Law we will organise to collect it and replace it with an equivalent product, or to provide a refund, provided that you contact us within the following time from the date you received the product: 14 days
